So-o-o, Death Wish Coffee, eh? When Sam's Club ran out of our favorite Colombian Supremo I looked around for an emergency backup. Something strong, but good flavor, and saw this at WalMart - intrigued but didn't try it. Is this your daily drinker? What's it taste like? Don't mind playing the straight man and setting you up for a zinger, but am curious.

Like Dean and Jerry...

My Daily is Seattle‘s Best “Post Alley”. Very good aroma and flavor, robust without being harsh. I’ll take it with a slash of Sweet Italian Creme. Very good daily driver.

Death Wish 💀on the other hand is 100% uncut rocket fuel. I don’t recall it having a taste, texture or any other identifiable characteristic. Pretty sure it’s pure granulated caffeine. By the 2nd cup I’m painting the house, digging a new basement by hand or writing my opus on MUD. Perfect brew to keep in the shop. You like show tunes? “I’m singing in the rain, just singing in the rain”. 😁

Sounds like old-school Mountain Dew! When I was 18, I’d start a 2 liter IV drip around 7 am, and by 9am I’d have mixed a 12x12 slabs worth of concrete by hand in a wheelbarrow and poured it too.

But don’t try talking to me until after lunch! 😱

Took the new REMAN for a test drive this AM. Mounted up this new kit from @ToyotaMatt. Mounting hardware and B post rubber boot Installed. Pretty sure the earth quake washer is in the correct position. If not, someone correct my azimuth and I’ll change accordingly. I still need to swap out the pulley  but, even in its current configuration, it seams to be churning out sufficient power.

Decided to keep the externally regulated model alternator. I think I’m up to two alternators and two spare VR‘s, survivors of the great voltage wars of 2017. I have fog lights a winch and all vintage type bulbs. May go LED and some point.

There was one notable casualty in the voltage wars.. Red Top Battery(s). Done, over it, scratch it off the list of possibilities.

I do want to make a belated comment on the GR starter. “Get one, you deserve it”..put your OE on the shelf in a time capsule for the future. The GR packs enough “whirly go round“ to flip the mule on its side.

Next moves: Waiting on D.U.I. for the new Dizzy/wires before conducting any movement on the Sniper Install.

GR starter in action, Katemcy, Texas 2010. Needed more finesse to crawl that boulder than Lo range would give with the 3speed. So I shut ‘er down and walked it through on the GR starter! 😉

Get a good battery powered impact.....along with every other battery powered tool.......my air tools are corroding and rusting away......stashed under the workbench......
Yep, I reckon I should...

I’ve been staring right past the obvious, rolling it over in my little Infantry head, trying to justify it instead of considering the appreciable truth of the matter. Thanks for the “nudge”...

Now, think you could nudge me into a four post lift and a plasma cutter?

Have you decided on a pump for the sniper yet?

Still on the fence. I have most of the AN fittings, some of the fuel line, pressure gauge came this weekend as well.
Seems to me everyone has a favorite pump/pre/post filter Recommendation.

I’m 100% going in line vice in tank. Pros and cons to each.

D.U.I. Is inbound and I want all ancillary maintenance done before we (me and some smart guys;)) do the Sniper install. So in theory, I have a little more time to “give it a think”...
