Does anyone know if it will work on a 1969? My current wipers only have slow speed. I have read a wiper thread talking about cleaning and greasing stuff.
I do not know. I imagine that the wiper arm mounts are different, not sure if the linkage would fit your cowl. However, the motor might fit.
As with almost all things on an old LandCruiser; taking them apart, cleaning them up real nice and lightly greasing them often has them working like new.

The real part here is the wiper motor, mount, and arms. The spline that holds the wipers is pretty beat.

69 through late 71 look different and have a different part number than 72 through 80. I only looked at the linkage and motor FWIW. That doesn't mean that the motor won't fit. Pretty sure the linkage won't though as it looks to be a slightly different design.
