Going to call it quits on the '73 that I've been working on, too many irons in the fire.
The front and rear have been sprung over with 4.88's and Aussie in front and Power Trax in rear. The front also has been overhauled with new bearings, gaskets and seals. All new parts, she hasn't been on the road. $1345 invested in the front asking $940 and $985 invested in the rear, asking $694. New rotors on front, other than that no brakes on either. Rear drums and brakes were removed to do disc conversion.

Also have a sm465, it has been bolted up to a 2f. The 2f is not for sale. The tranny comes with bell housing, resurfaced flywheel, new clutch and pressure plate AA sm465 to Toyota 3spd t-case adapter and Toyota f or 2f to sm465 adapter attached $1120 invested asking $875. t-case not included. These have all been bolted together and that is as far as it has gotten. No milage on the new parts.

jt outfitters rear disc kit paid $400 asking $280 parts still in boxes (sold)

Bill Dorry bracket asking $60 never installed (sold)

new in box Toyota OEM gas tank $250 (sold)

Also have most of the rest of the truck in pieces. I'll try to get some pictures posted as soon as I can.

Thanks,
Tom

Tom,

Does this mean you're not going to want the axle stuff I have?

Regardless, I'm back in town, what are you doing next weekend? I could come by and take a look at this stuff and probably take a bunch of it off your hands.

Thanks,

Ary

I'm actually going to hang onto the fenders. I'm not sure what emblem you're meaning

The turn signals are part of the cluster. I'll have to pull the tarp off the tub to see about the brake indicator.

I just need the emblems (no fender). the ones that say Landcruiser on the side panels above the fenders, 4Wheel drive (back), etc.

Let me try to find some pictures...

Thanks,
ML

Tom,

I didn't get a chance look at the actual tub for this project. Is it in useable condition and if so, for sale? My plans of using the firewall from my '79 are up in the air as it has a lot more rust than I initially thought.

Thanks for the other parts, they should work out nicely :)

The tub is for sale. Drop me a pm with your email and I'll send you some pics. I'll have to take a good look at it to see what shape it's in.

Please let me know if Arya isn't interested in the tub, or send me some pictures if possible. I'm assuming that he took the front clip parts. If available, I'm interested. Haha, it looks like he's going to be my local competition for some sheet metal for my project... Thanks.
