Nova Speed Shop, Manassas, Virginia. just changed the head, brkes and rotors on all four corners. they specialize in JDM street cars but they have worked on JDM cruisers in the past. they even have a couple of 70 series prados in the back. they dont have too much experience with mechanical diesels like my hzj77 so im currently looking for a diesel tech around the same area to do fuel timing reset. they told me they do have a bit of experience with modern computerized diesels though. i will bring it in again when i need to change the rear seal. awesome staff.

United Diesel in Alexandria, VA are extremely knowledgable on diesel injection pumps and turbos of all kinds. Really nice, helpful crew- just don't take them a 2LTE and they will be happy to talk with you. Might be worth giving them a call for your fuel timing.
