The filler neck orientation on a 45 is different than the 40 series. I fitted one to my 45, and it required modification to both the tank and the cab.

Great to know. Thanks for the heads up! Was basing that off CCOT website. Glad you caught that. Maybe save someone the headache of tank not fitting, like it did.
