62 front seats in a 60 ?

The EPC and SOR have different applications for 60 series front seats vs 62 seats --

Anyone know what the difference is? Rails? Is it much of a mod to get 62 seats into a 60?

Just askin' 'cuz there are some nice 62 seats I can get, but I wanna make sure I can get them to fit.

Incidentally, anyone have a front bench seat they wanna sell ??

Zero difference except for the material used. I happen to have a front bench seat, in the early 60 brown stripe. Keep in mind however, that it was for the passenger side in a right hand drive. So, it would replace the driver's seat on a US 60. It could be used on the passenger side, but the seat back adjustment lever would be in the middle. The material needs a good professional steam cleaning, but no tears.

I'd sell mine for $225. I have no idea what shipping would be, but easily $50.

Seats themselves are basically the same, just differences in material. Seat rails differ between 60s and 62s but IIRC you can swap them.

I have 62 seats in my 60 as well as the rest of the interior. The brackets are different, but you can remove them from your old 60 seats and they bolt right up to the 62 seats.
