Just got a 1985 myself.

Sold new in Denver, has a USAF base sticker from Hawaii on rear bumper and from Gunter-Maxwell on windshield.

Looking for a passenger side mirror and a chrome wheel bc it doesn't have a spare.

Already picked up a nice set of 5 33x10.50's BFG MT's that are basically brand new.

Took the 60 to 49Cruisers and back today. Great trip in the old bird. Always have people stop to talk when I'm in it.

That said, without this button I'm not man enough to drive it between 10 and 6 pm July 15 - September 15

Yep. Mine may be down until that button becomes functional..............

Cam, you have any 60 parts lying around you want to part with?

Also, this may be a really obviously stupid question, but I' assuming no one has the OEM tannish/yellowish, striped interior fabric anymore, right?

I have exactly zero parts left except maybe a bent chrome bumper.

Yeah, that fabric is gone unless you can find a clean one being parted. Is this for the front seats?

I've got an issue with my low beams not coming on and the high/low indicator light says on all the time when the lights are on. This guy gives an explanation on what's going on Headlight troubleshooting thread So, do any of you know where I might find a good combination switch? I have to assume they're no longer available through Toyota

@beno can get them. They are for the FJ62, but I'm 99% sure they were verified to work in a 60.

I bought a nicer used one to swap in. If I ever get around to it, you are welcome to my old one. All of the white lettering has worn off.

Discontinued. I sold the last one.

In that case, :grinpimp:, check out TLC4x4. They had them listed back when beno was showing them off.

Or you can wait for mine if you can't find one.

Thanks Cam, but I gather the combination switch he's referencing in his thread is the turn signal / hi-lo switch located IN the steering column, and what you're referencing is the headlight switch. Am I thinking correctly on that?

I thought we were all talking about the same thing (lights on/off, high/low, blinker, wiper, squirter).

Is that what you need?

Looks like I spoke too soon on TLC. They are out too.
