i just wanted to add a couple of poser pics up of my truck

trying to see how far i could pick it up with all 4 wheels planted. i think it got 29.5 or 30 inches of lift up front. and 26 or so out back both were limited to the rear wheels hitting on the inside of the wheel well. since i have purchased some 2.5 inch backspace wheels (a reverse offset wheel)

OK so now my stock puppy is looking somewhat docile!

Recommendations for tires with the original wheels? Also - Need a rack for this thang... Suggestions?

if all you do is drive it on the street some 31 10.50 15's will do you nicely. or if you wanted to you could run some pizza cutters 33 9.50 15 but may rub some

i have 33 12.50 15 on my stock wheels and stock suspension for a while

Original owner was 65 when he purchased it, thinking he and the wife would go camping and they could sleep in the truck. She had other plans. They drove back and forth out west a few times from North Dakota and called it quits... Stuck it in a barn for a decade and I bought it. I have the original window sticker framed. He refused to drive it in winter so there's not a scrap of rust on it. The Land Cruiser Gods have challenged me with preserving it for future generations...

Needless to say, I will not subject it to salt. I love driving it and the family is into it as well.

What's the lowest mileage FJ60 anyone has heard of anyway?

that belongs in the toyota museum in los angeles.... that is crazy ridiculous low miles how much did u get it for....:cheers::beer:

phono13's rig with 35,000 original

I wish! I'm about 600 miles shy of 200K. Since it's no longer my DD, It'll probably take me a while to get there.

35K is pretty impressive... it sounds like a landcruiser that TLC 4X4 in So. Cal finds and is then sold for $20,000! Nice score!
