I went with sliders because you can have it open while driving for the dog. I will say, it would be awesome to find someone and get one set of sliders and one set of flip ups and then have one of each

Hi all. just a quick update. The shipping container is technically in the US now. It will be about 2-4 weeks before we are ready to ship as the ship has to be unloaded, container needs to be broken down, crates delivered, items uncrated, parts kitted with seals, and boxed up. The windows are on a container with a bunch of other goods with the rust farmers, but i appreciate everyones patience.

I’m ready to order.!

I'm extremely interested. Initially I convinced myself I don't need this, but I keep coming back, so I think I should jump on a set if there are any left...

Hi All, the sliding cargo windows are available for sale now listed on the rust farmers site. Hes handling the payment and shipping for me.

I tried to pm everyone who pmed me interested as well

What is included is the left and right complete windows (will need cleaning and paint), all of the glass, as well as a full rubber rebuild kit from Rubber Seals Australia.

If you use this discount code, you will get like $87 off of the purchase price.

*There are very few rebuildable sets available. Ill make a post below about what happened with photos. Basically the freight company destroyed almost all of the windows in the shipping container :/ I am trying to contact some places to get the ones with salvagable glass and frames to restore them, and then those will be up for sale as restored drop in units. What a mess

And for the carnage. Since Im not in australia, a shipping company packed up all of the windows onto the shipping container. Im not sure what happened but many of the window frames were bent, or glass shattered.

So. What was once going to be 18 sets for sale is now 3 or 4 as kits that need to be rebuilt and painted.

The plan to recoup what I can is to get the frames that are good to use, and whatever glass isnt destroyed, and have a shop straighten and fix the frames, clean and paint them, and install the rubber rebuild kits. Then theyll be packed up WITH BUBBLE WRAP by the rust farmers and then sold as drop in sets where you can open the box and then install them into your 60 series.

I am so sorry for everyone who has waited so long for these, and i wish so many windows were not destroyed. I am going to start searching again for more windows in australia and hopefully get them to the US in non destroyed condition. This isnt over!

Looks like the company did not put any bubble wrap on them

Looks like the few sets for sale are now gone according to the rust farmer site.
I figured they would go pretty quickly. I’ll post up here the progress and status of the ones the shop is going to clean, paint, and rebuild and post photos. Basically going to take the best salvageable parts from the broken sets and combine them into good sets and list those
