Here is mine. The only real negative is relocating the AC drier.
Had one then swapped it for an ARB. I think it is an excellent bumper for the use of bouncing in the rocks etc. The only reason I ditched mine was because it isn't my flavor and I wanted more of an overland look and more deer protection. They are excellent bumpers.

I'm a fan of mine. Takes hits way better than an ARB but is probably comparable to the slee shortbus. Luke is the man when it comes to bumpers and will accommodate anything you want that he offers. Theres a coupon code in some thread in the 80 section for the december group buy so now is the time to buy one!

i have the diy kit from the april group buy, but have not got it welded up yet. I just got a winch and hopefully get it started soon. I have a question on the cross member across the front< between the wings, above the winch. some build pics have it, some don't. It was not included in my kit. is it supposed to be there or not? It isn't on the labs website but he has the 8274 winch mounted. my winch plate looks just like DCguilorry's pic. I ordered a plate for the M12000, which is supposed to be feet forward mounting, I think it would look the same as the 8274 plate but with different mounting holes. any one mount a m12000 feet forward, like recommended.? I actually ended up with a Series 12 industrial, so I might just modify the winch plate for feet forward mounting.
I built one of the first DIY kits. On mine I made the crossbar myself and did not install the hoop, liked it better without. Not sure if that crossbar was ever meant to be part of kits.

I won the DIY kit at cruise moab 2016 (the first and last time I will win anything at a raffle haha), got it done last winter. Had to make my own cross over bars to clear the Zeon 12k, also if you are running a center spool 12k winch like the zeon you need to let luke know so he can send you the right winch plate.

Also I would do some more strengthening to the main vertical plate that the wings tie into. Twice now I have bumped an obstacle that bent the passenger side wing back 3-4 inches. The wing itself is strong its just that the vertical plate it ties to (either side of the winch) doesn't have much cross strength, other than the hoop and the winch plate.
