I cut this out to mount behind the bib as radiator protection , for those hot days when I feel like running around naked and need to ditch the bib !! 
Man I really need a tubing bender!!!!!
Did you use a water jet to build the bib, or a wire edm? It's super cool, it does look heavy though, but who cares! Like I've said before it's not called the iron pig for nothing!
Is that you desert racer? I likeeee, I want to rally it!

I dont know how I would survive without my bender
I cut the bib freehand with my plasma cutter,it may look heavy but it's not, it only weighs 12# which is actually lighter than the stock bib by 13#
and I still got a little trimmin' left to do on it
The class 1 buggy is not mine , I just get to work on it
x2 on rally'n it though it does like 120 !!

Respect! Your bib looks really accurate in the photos. I'm more than surprised that it is lighter than the stock bib, it looks like 1/8" plate.
I need a plasma cutter too, honestly I've never used one!!!
Do you use a bender like a Tubeshark or some kind of cnc unit? Or do you use something a little more simple? I want something stand alone, as in it doesn't need to be mounted to a concrete floor. It would be nice if it was able to be moved easily on its own base. I wouldn't need anything too fancy, something hydraulic that could be pumped by hand would be great. I've seen that hydraulic probender unit that has a roll around base and goes for 600-800 bucks. I would rather spend less than $700, and be able to bend 2" dia. 170 wall chomolly. Maybe I'm dreaming!

As for the brackets.... I have made all the brackets for this myself ,I tried saving myself some time by buying a bunch of brackets from Ballistic , but they just didnt work out with my plans and certain space limitations, so I designed what would work for what I needed and fabbed them up.

I manage the operations and maint for Northwestern energy so I have stuff to all the dams up there and the gas system in Kalispel, lots of travel I also take care of South Dakota and Nebraska. I'm starting a project now that I 'm looking at an extreem cruiser so I'm looking for ideas I really like what your doing, Larry
