OK - thought the price was too good to be true. SendCutSend responded that their system expects inches vs metric - therefor the price and specs were wrong. They updated to metric and it is $768 
They sent back the DXF which is ready for them and attached here.
Not sure if anyone else is interested - price comes down considerably with .187" aluminum and multiples:
