Here's a pic of the PS exhaust manifold from when I replaced mine. It was cracked almost half way around. DS was fine though

I didn't have time to snap a pic today, but mine was cracked similarly....so i guess that with time, heat, and pressure may make a diamond with coal...but after 13 years.. does not fair well on a LC Header!
I'm guessing you'll be waiting awhile for EMS's header dyno results. There's a good deal on a set of DT's in the classifieds. I hoping one of you will buy them so I don't have to! The wife already told me no more until next year, that was before the catback and some touch -up paint. I'm pushing it already.

AHC stands for Adjustable Height Control and is installed on all LX470's.
Next time, for something like this, just search.
AHC is the hydraulic adjustable suspension. It was standard equipment on all LX470s. However, some people replace it with coils when it breaks so it's not always functional.
