Hey all I've been searching and searching for info on the manual conversion for 3fe.

As far as I know the 3f came with a h150f and also the 1hz. But I'm getting info that the 1hz uses a 21 spline shaft vs the 3f thst uses a 10? I have access to a 1hz h150 box but I can't seem to find much info regarding the 3f h150. Also how available is the input shaft? I see that the I put shaft only works on the fj80. So I don't know it any other input shafts can work based on my search with the part number.

I have access to a flywheel and other components off a carb 3f fj80. Sadly the gearbox was already sold or it would have made life 1000x easier.

Is there a way to get the 1hz h150 behind the 3fe uses some other components?

Thanks
Dan

I've got a 3FE powered 80 with an H150F behind it. It's a 275mm clutch I believe, and yes 10 spline for the 3F/E and 21 spline for the 1HZ. I believe the 1HZ was 275mm clutch as well. My research seemed to indicate that the input shafts were all the same length and OD. Thus, as far as I know, you should just be able to use 1HZ trans, 3F bellhousing, 3F flywheel, 3F pressure plate and 21 spline 1HZ clutch disc. Easy peasy. (Again, as far as I know.)

3FE with a 5 speed rocks btw, you're gonna like it.

Thanks for the info. I'll look Into it and see. I'm sure it would wake up the old girl a little

Has anyone ever put a h151f behind a 3fe?

I noticed the 1fz from a 70 series. The clutch disc is the same size diameter 275mm and not 300mm like behind the 80 and 105 series.

And as far as I know the 3f bellhousing should fit the h151
