3FE engine code 28

The light hadn't come on but I wanted to check it anyway becuase I'm not seeing the mileage I think I should be seeing.

The manual says this is the oxegen sensor, but so does engine code 21. Does anyone know which one this is? I replaced them both last July so I don't know why it's coming back on. Maybe they didn't reset it before?

Where they OEM sensors, or aftermarket? (not trying to get after you, genuinely curious)
