Good afternoon. Currently trying to start up an engine that has been sitting for a little bit but there's no fuel leaving the pump. It's getting to the circled screw and no further. Any ideas?

Pump prime and bleed.

Is there a guide on how to do that as I thought I did but maybe not

Unscrew plastic cap, and move it up and down until pressure builds. Crack top bleeder valve at fuel filter.

I am having same problem with 3B inline fuel pump engine was sitting for quite a while, I changed the fuel filter cleaned the screen at the fuel pump ,primed the fuel pump by pumping the hand pump located on the fuel pump, bleed the air from the bleeder located on the pump ,I don't see any fuel coming out from the injector tubes please help me with instructions. Thanks

Normally push down and turn counterclockwise. Pump pump pump.
There is a bleeder bolt/screw up top and if opened allows air air to escape.
That said the pumps create vaccum, so any bad connections or hoses will allow air into your fuel line.
In this case try some fresh hose into a clear jug of fuel as close to the primer as possible.
The primer may/will leak fuel....so what, change later.

I have done all these steps, bleeder hole shooting out clear fuel no air bubbles is there's is any other components which also helps to start the engine, I am jumping the starter and no other components have no power at all.
