Good afternoon. Currently trying to start up an engine that has been sitting for a little bit but there's no fuel leaving the pump. It's getting to the circled screw and no further. Any ideas?

Is there a guide on how to do that as I thought I did but maybe notPump prime and bleed.

I have done all these steps, bleeder hole shooting out clear fuel no air bubbles is there's is any other components which also helps to start the engine, I am jumping the starter and no other components have no power at all.Normally push down and turn counterclockwise. Pump pump pump.
There is a bleeder bolt/screw up top and if opened allows air air to escape.
That said the pumps create vaccum, so any bad connections or hoses will allow air into your fuel line.
In this case try some fresh hose into a clear jug of fuel as close to the primer as possible.
The primer may/will leak fuel....so what, change later.
