Find some 'normal' 16.5" rims, have them mounted and balanced, see if you still have the issue. If you do it's your rims.

RIMS

O MAN will I pissed if the rims are bad.At least if the tires are I can just get tires.I have my stock tires and wheels and a set of chevy wheels with 32s on them I can run both with out issue.I just have a lot into this new set and like the way they look and the way they are supposed to work.
I will call Andy one more time to make it right.I have pmd him with no response yet I asked if he will swap out this set of tires with a set of the new guard dog and I will pay the difference so we will see what happens next .

tire

the tire that I posted has 4 buldges on the inside of the tire and I do not know if it is bad or not but no mater what i do they have way to much run out.

tires/wheels

they need a bit of trimming on the inner lip:cool:

and the front just will not flex very well
Hitch pin mod solves your problem! I wheel with a guy that has it (VCCruiser) and I'm always admiring his front flex. It seems to be an easy thing to pull or place it back in, assuming you have flat ground.

if you do this you need to beef up the axle mount because it will bend over time from doing this.

Check out alkyline747trio ROTW to see how he did that.

As for the wobble it could be a number of things that have been brought into play by using heavy wheels/tires

Panhard might not be adjusted right, panhard bushings might be bad, steering box might be loose, control arm bushings might be bad, or as I found out after replacing just about everything, you could have some stress cracks in your frame near the steering box and panhard mount.

thanks

thanks for the response.I to have replaced all most every thing on the front end.
and the wobble is about 95% fixed.I just know the the 37" tires are the rest or the problem. They have way to much run out.I think at least one tire has slipped or broke belts.

tires

--:censor: this s h i t-- I am going to scrap this crappy set of tires. And I think I just happened to get one or tow bad tires.I think I am going to the pit bull rockers.I think with used tires it is impossible to tell if you have a bad tire Intel you run them on the road .And I don't blame twf at all and they are working very hard to help me out along the way.Andy -aka-dookey trail worthy fab will not just leave you stranded with a issue you may have. This is not very common with the take offs twf sells so don't let my ordeal sway you away from this tire with the grooving they do perform good. And the wheels are awesome kinda heavy but awesome .
