Hi there,

i already installed 50mm ARB lift kit and Im looking forward to buy 315/75r16 tires for my 2010 79 series. I dont have any idea about what size (backspace-off set-width) of rims should i have to avoid any issue.

please help

thank you all.. Romin

I know the 18" x 8" steel spare rims seen on many 5 lug 5 x 150 do not fit.

The 16" x 6" stock rim is the best bet unless you can find a 7" rim with minor backspace.

What Rick said.

100 series 5 lug steelies will be a direct fit. 16x8.

pro-comp wheels had a set 5 lug 150 mm 16 inch .... its had the right back space...

nice truck, do you drive it with stock gearing? if its not, is it oki to drive the car stock with this tire size? thank you

Yes I drove it for a while with stock motor and gears. The std gear ratio in the hzj and fzj 79 4.3 ratio
The v6 has more power than the 1fz it will be fine.
