FWIW, if you get Carista, you can change an option for the seat's AC fan and set it to high silent. I did that and no longer hear it.
Interesting, did you notice air flow reduction as a result? This is good to know but perhaps not worth the purchase.. will keep it in mind i case i know someone who has it.

Seems to work at least as well. I got it to turn off the seatbelt chimes and founf this while flipping around.

My drivers side rear seat rattles when going over bumpy roads or small potholes when noone is sitting in it.

Just a low sounding vibration that drives me crazy. I wrap the seatbelt around the headrest to reduce the shake, but it's still there.

Lexus says it's because the seats flip up and tumble (poor design IMO) the clamp that holds the seat in place when in the upright position has a little play in it due to the design.

Just wrap the pin where the clamp snaps on in some felt and you should be golden. It's the same in 200s.

I had the exact same issue, just a slight rattle at times, but still drove me crazy. I had it at the dealership for another reason, but I mentioned it to them and they (surprisingly) had seen the issue before. It's actually an issue with the center console. They ended up adding some sort of padding (not sure where, but I can't see it) and it totally fixed the rattle. I don't know if yours is the same issue as mine, but I would have the dealer take a second look. I also thought it was my seat that was rattling as well, but again, turns out it was the center console, and if they try to tell you that's just the way it is, tell them where they can stick it. My back seat doesn't rattle at all now. If it helps, tell them that Nalley Lexus in Roswell, GA was able to fix it. Maybe they can ask how they did it. ;)
