I recently purchased 3 fj40s to get some parts I needed, 2 1978s and an older fj.

One 78 has a spring over lift and a complete 2f engine and all running gear. body is very rusty. frame has scaling.
would like 800.00 whole or will part out

other 78 was so rusty the po cutt off most of the tub, only sheet metal left is the floor and the metal from the dash forward.
has complete engine and running gear. 400.00 or will part out.

older fj has a three speed on the floor tub is also very rusty.
has a soft top frame but the soft top material and doors are in poor condition. again complete engine and running gear.
800.00 whole or will part out

-have complete hub to hub disk front end from a fourth fj
make offer

-also a 4 speed transmission from an fj (condition unknown) make offer

the 78 that is spring over has a title and while the drivetrain is complete, i have not heard it run. got these as a package deal, i did throw a battery in it but must have a bad ground as I got nothing when I turned the key on.
the other does not have a title.
the 1970 fj does have a title

I am looking for a good running engine for my '40. Are any of the drivetrains you have in running condition? If so, would it be possible for you to pull it and put on a pallet for shipping ??? Or drive onto a truck for shipping ???

How much for front and rear axles from a 1978? Do you know what gear ratio the one spare disc axle is? How much for the axles from the 1970 drum to drum?

If I do work out a deal for some axles I probably would want to see what other parts I might need.

Hey I'm sorry to hijack but it sounded like he doesn't have any running engines. I have a 2F from an FJ60 that was running when removed. I will sell it for cheap. If he has one running never mind ... it's his post ... buy his.

I'd really like the front axle from that SOA'd '78 if it is also cut and turned so that the pinion is pointed up to the transfer case and has some caster. Will you sell it separately?
