I have a 2004 LC, when you roll up the second row of seats how do you lock them in place so they don't fall down when you take off?

I know it is in the manual but that is way out in driveway in my over stuffed glovebox and it is cold and raining, so I thought I would start a thread.

I am sure there is a simple answer.

Thanks

What is the other little strap to the left of the 2nd row seat strap for?

There's a great way to find these things out, go explore your truck and learn about it.

It folds the 2nd row forward if you're in the 3rd row.

If you don't have various rags to stuff in squeaky leather you haven't owned your Land Cruiser for very long.

^ This.

Leather chatters. Always have a rag stuffed between the 60/40 seatback.

This is so funny! I have owned an 80 for 8 years and figured out the towel trick after about a year. just bought a 100 series and still doing it!

Don't get that squeak with canvas covers, they are very cool, ESP in a hot climate

If everyone RTFM and researched all questions on google there would be no reason to have this website!!!

Sometimes it is nice to interact with others.

Not everything is covered in the manual ex;
  • What is this thing on my frame?
  • What is the largest tire I can mount with the stock suspension?
  • How to best care for my leather interior?
  • Why didn't Toyota put enough cup holders in my Cruiser?
  • What is the best tire to run?
