2nd row seat question???

In a hot climate I would recommend canvas. But the 100% cotton canvas like I have. Really looks after the leather under neath, good with spills, dirt etc, it takes it all and is pretty tough, only problem is when you remove & hand wash, they tend to lose color & the harder u wash the worse they get... A friend used the same pattern on old canvas covers to get ripstop covers made... I like the canvas that's a tight fit & stops the squeaks & looks good
 
If you don't have various rags to stuff in squeaky leather you haven't owned your Land Cruiser for very long.

My quest to track down misc squeaks continues. My 2nd row on the passenger side squeaks, but I thought it was because there wasn't enough weight in the seat, like it needs a heavy bag or something. Are you saying to stuff a rag in between it and the other seat up top?

Ive been chasing down annoying interior squeaks also. Addressed the console lid rattle with small velcro strips.

Thought I was the only one with a second row squeak. Thought it was the seat mechanism. Didn't even think about the leather.
