Here are some pics of my Tbi install. The kit includes wiring harness, ecu, ect, tps, map, iac, tb unit, fuel pump, cel, ign.module, flash chip, chip burner/programmer, burn software, aldl connector, aldl to comm port cable, tb unit adapter, fuel line, all relays, fuel fittings(push lock). I opted not to use a knock sensor or vss. They are not needed. I really didnt want to make this a how to thread but will answer any questions. I did this conversion in a desmogged 84 fj60. My last road trip was about 300 miles through the mountains to Telluride. I averaged 16-17 mpg, up and down the mountains with it loaded down with hunting stuff. I pulled Monarch pass at 55mpg. No one was more happier or surprised than me. I will bet, I can push 20mpg on the highway at a good cruising speed. Im sure some know where I bought my kit, but would rather not even bring the name up. It was a bad idea. All of these parts other than the harness, burner and software and tb adapter are off the shelf or found in any junkyard. I bought the kit for the simple fact of I was going to need tuning assistance. I did not get assistance from the company I bought from after he got my final payment. Knowing what I know now, I would have bought all the parts myself, burner from moates, either make the adapter, and harness myself, or downey makes the adapter, and painless wiring makes the harness. I also found a guy that helped me tune it to perfection on another forum. Thanks Bill. Here are the pics. Ill start with a befor pic of my desmogged weber setup.
