This a 285/70/18 ridge grappler. Sidewall says 34x11.50.

so, if you bottom out in the back and the spare hits the ground.......would that lead to unexpected body/frame damage?

Thanks for sharing. What size wheel and offset are you running, any kdss rubbing with this set up? I am considering this size but am nervous I'll be rubbing on the passenger side kdss sway bar when I turn/lock the steering wheel to the left.....I have 8.5" wheels with a 45mm offset.

It’s possible, but I don’t think probable. Depending on how you hit you might damage the tire rather than the frame.

How does it ride on those E rated 34s?
I’m pretty happy. It’s softer around town, over speed bumps and such, than the factory 20s. It’s quiet enough on the interstate still that the wife doesn’t complain. I haven’t driven in any severe rain with them yet.

They are the 18” TRD Pro BBS from a tundra. I can’t help you on the kdss question, mine is an LX.

Thanks, good looking set up you got. KDSS rubbing is the death of me. Nice perk of the LX

would love to know the secret to running that size of a tire. I am currently on 275 70 18 and am looking to step up to a 285 70 18.
