Thursday night dinner will be BBQ Venison Mac 'n Cheese!!

Friday Night Dinner - Teriyaki Beef on lettuce cups\\

Saturday Night Dinner - Whisky glazed Sausage w/ peppers ( ‘21 CCR people's choice award winning recipe )

Bring your own plate/bowl and utensils!!!

Hopefully there will be enough for folks to have a good taste!

Friday Breakfast - Pancakes and Sausages
Saturday Breakfast - Pork Chorizo Sausage gravy w/ English muffins

I am hoping for very LITTLE LEFTOVERS!!! I would hate to have to pack up leftovers to take home.

Well... its coming up soon and I am planning out my menu...

Need some help with a new dish to make up for everyone to have a taste of... so please everyone cast a vote

I will be doing some of the same dishes I did at the last Fall crawl and at this years Carolina Relic Run as well.

DInner - Whisky glazed Sausage w/ peppers ( ‘21 CCR people's choice award winning recipe )
Dinner - Teriyaki Beef on lettuce cups
Breakfast - Pork chorizo sausage gravy w/ english muffins
Breakfast - Pancakes w/ Bacon or Sausage

oh and @afgman786 you NEED to make that steak thing that you did at CCR that was off the chain yummy!!

oh and I plan on camping down on the lower end of the field this year so it wont be such a hike!

@Svensk120 don’t take the kitchen too far away. I was looking forward to my Chef’s Table again this year. Let me know what else I can bring as we can set up a larger kitchen if necessary.
 
@FJCowboy at the swap meet @Stumpalama suggested I put out a tip jar LOL

I wont be too far away... just dont want to be on that hill part. it was just enough off level to be annoying when asleep or almost asleep but not enough to pack everything up. So i think ill try a different spot this year to set up the kitchen.
 
Hmmm, a 21' (foot) menu might just stretch out further than you guys are thinking.. ;)
no worries we will just use a really big font size!

I am going to make mac' and cheese with ground venison and bacon.....
 
Well the sausage is prepped and vacuumed sealed. About 6.5 pounds or there about so there should be a good bit to go around for a taste.
@Jakes40 will you have your big flat top grill with you like you did at CRR? If so may i borrow it for this meal again?

I have a pound of bacon chopped up and some extra bacon fat/grease ready to mix in with the venison for the Mac 'n Cheese on Thursday night. Yes I am using boxed Mac n Cheese for the camping trip. It will be the first time making this dish so we will see how it goes. Should be fine I mean its simple enough!

Ground Beef is already prepped as well for the Teriyaki beef & lettuce cups for Friday night.

Just need to gather and get the rest of the stuff and then pack it up!!

Whiskey glaze sauce is made... and it has some good bite to it! that's what happens with almost 1.5 cups of whiskey in it!!

(must be 21 and older to consume sauce)

yeah its the same one but came out with a bit more.. tang!!! then the last one... used a different whiskey... Jack Daniels instead of the Highlands Scotch... I hope everyone likes it

I wont be too far away... just dont want to be on that hill part. it was just enough off level to be annoying when asleep or almost asleep but not enough to pack everything up. So i think ill try a different spot this year to set up the kitchen.
