This set up seems to work well for me. It's not very practical though.:)

Jeez dude, those are some incredible shots!! Love the perspective and the angle. Question though, what really is the point of digitzing plate numbers out? I just don't comprehend.

Thanks! There are two reasons I obscure plates, or at least try to. The first is that you can use a license plate to track down personal and private information on someone. If you do a Google search, there are a few sites that do it for you. The second reason (and because of the first reason) is these vehicles are not mine and if someone shot photos of my truck I'd prefer they take the same precaution. There is a lot of time and effort poured into these vehicles. The last thing I want to find out is that someone had their truck stolen because I left a plate number in a photo on IH8MUD. I know there are arguments that it's unnecessary since license plates are already on public display and that the information is already out there. I'd still rather use caution and give everyone some piece of mind.
