The price is right on that one.
One thing I noticed was that it has Lexus rims and low pro tires.
It would probably ride better going back to an 18 inch wheel.

Hard to justify spending $50k on a truck with 120k miles

There are usually a few 16/17’ rigs with ~80k miles in the $50-$55k retail range, there should multiple one’s with over 120k+ in the $45-$50k, take your pick.
