UPDATE: Liz and I would be happy to host this year's party at our house in Rio Rancho. Sunday December 13th works best for us (date is confirmed). Lets say around 5:30 PM, making it an earlier night because of a school/work night.

We are going to check into seeing if Joe's Pasta House will cater for a reasonable rate. We think Joe does a pretty good job with Italian. I will post up details as we get closer.

Good question - I would say we need to lock in our head count no later than Thursday Dec 10th. I still haven't talked with Joe but I would think this should be sufficient lead for him.
