I bought my replacement switch from Toyota South last year for $310. Part number is 84250-60310
May be cheaper from other online toyota parts depots.

I'll check this evening to see if I have an additional right side control switch with the adaptive cruise control. I replaced the other side as the controls were worn looking. Message me if your interested.
