4/2 I bought a Sequoia it took over a month to find. I wanted a limited with captain's chairs in the second row. I did not want black, white or grey.

My search brought me to this 2013 with 126k, good Toyota owner records & Carfax in Corpus Christi, Tx. (I'm in Pheonix). My initial plan was to fly and drive but the process was so long by the time the truck was mine my Wife was out of town and I could not find anyone to watch my dogs so it was shipped (eventually)

While I was waiting I started collecting parts. I already had a driver side2018+ Sequoia LED headlamp & got a passenger side.

Then I got a 2018+ TRD PRO grill & hood bulge.

Keep sharing!

I really want to lift mine as well but I would like to save on installation. Haven't done much work on vehicles other than swapping tires so I'm slightly hesitant even though I work with tools all the time at my workplace. I'm pretty confident I can manage on my own with the right tools but I'm the type of person where I need to see the entire process before I start pulling things apart. Being as this is our daily driver, I'm reluctant to go ahead with the install.

I appreciate you sharing yours!

I got it there, I was going to have it painted but decided to leave it black. It's only available in TRD PRO colors.

PANELS!

It's weird, they match the bumper perfectly but seem off with the rest of the truck. The back bumper is the same, I never noticed it before.

That's what I'm thinking & the way light hits/reflects on different surfaces.

Last pieces of the radio puzzle are here, going to try to install Friday.

There are 6x9's in the front door of the Sequoia, I'll use the mounts for a set of 6.5" Image Dynamics I have in the back doors.

Attempted to install the Kenwood today, got power, no sound, no steering wheel controls using the harness from the 86.

Chatted with Crutchfield and concluded I need these items which I ordered.

While I was in there I installed a Qualcom 3.0 amp dual USB that fits perfectly into a switch blank & cleaned 8 years of dust & gunk as well as the lens over the gauges.

Body color mirror caps came. Getting rid of the chrome.

OEM harness desoldered from the Kenwood harness, Maestro harness soldered up.

Last night I tore into the dash, replaced the vent & hooked up the radio. I have no sound or steering wheel control. Checked the troubleshooting and found I had not connected the harness with the RCAs. Tried to connect them but the harness is wrong.

The standard Toyota power connector connects to the Maestro harness, but then I can't connect to the radio:

I need the female of the above male, I have this completely different connector.

I do have interaction with the Maestro & get the backup camera to come up in reverse but no picture, just the guide lines, hopefully, that is just a setting. Waiting for 6am when Maestro opens.

Ran the power cable through the firewall, it's already 90, need to run the RCAs, USB cables & install the amps, hoping to be able to shoehorn my JL stealthbox inside the driver rear 1/4 but its probable it won't fit. Those tasks are for next week.
