Just thought some of you might be interested in what my signature ride looks like:

Looks awesome! Are those RW wheels from a Tundra?

No rubbing under any conditions. Toyota specifically recommends the BFG AT T/A 285/70-17 on these wheels for use on the LC200.

:)

really nice truck and color, the wheels are tiny i'm really amazed how the brakes fit under there ...but they are cool

Can you post a pic from the front & rear? Wanting a look at the stance...

Favorite part of my wife's X5 is the staggered look.

Again, those look great!

Those do look pretty darned good.

Love the look of the TRD's .... Just think they should make a set of 18's for it... Bigger the better IMHO

Your ride looks great

Thanks! :D

In my experience, the smaller diameter wheels are better for off-road use because they allow a larger (i.e. taller) sidewall for the same diameter tire. This works better in an aired-down condition.

;)

Agree... I just like the looks of the larger wheels... Only offroad we do is pulling into our driveway .. There is a large bump there :D

Looks awesome!!! How do the AT's like the highways? Noise? Any other comments?
Thanks
Gene

Thanks :D

The tires are very well behaved on the highway - no wandering or tracking, very little road noise, controlled cornering at speed with great responsiveness and grip.

I had the same tires on my LC100 for more than 70,000 miles and liked them a lot in all kinds of weather and road conditions. They were very good in snow.

Those look great on there, I had been wanting to do that to mine ever since I got it. Just wanted to see one with those wheels before taking the plunge.

I really like those 13' door moldings too. Those really make a difference in the profile of the LCs.

Thank you

Why do they recommend replacing the wheels? There is a BFG AT in 285/65R18. Wouldn't these fit on the stock wheels?

On the 18" stock wheels, the only recommended tire size from Toyota is 285/60-18.

Toyota do not recommend changing the wheels, that was my choice. Toyota simply recommend the BFG AT T/A KO 285/70-17 tires for use with those wheels.

;)
