Only posting this because I went to test drive it and found it had a ton of bad bondo repairs and even signs of flood damage. But when I told the dealer that. He said it had a clean carfax and that’s all he knows. But initially he said it was the owner’s uncle car from Florida. When I left he just went right back to his phone. Didn’t even seem surprised that I showed him everything I found!

Anyways. If anyone knows how to report these people for willingly trying to sell a very clear salvaged car that was probably never reported to insurance please let me know and stay away!!!

If I could sue these guys I would. Shame on them for such a blatant disregard for the truth!

Also, I have tons of pictures of the damage I can share. Here’s a couple for example!

Thank you for sharing this LX. I know it’s a bummer taking time out of your day to view something like this, but hopefully this tread saves someone from making a terrible purchase.

Here is the VIN for posterity. They’ll delete the ad (with the VIN) once they sell it.

Surely this is an ethical violation and there must be a way to report them to the state for investigation! Anyone know an attorney!?

Not at all defending them here, but couldn't the cupholder be from a spilled drink that was left to sit?
On all 4 doors? The same green discoloration and even tears? Plus being a Florida vehicle. It’s kind of likely.

People should be asking themselves why the vehicle only put on 4k miles over three years. It being damaged and repaired would be a good reason why.

Super weird that a Lizard Lot in Gladstone would have a shady vehicle.

I don't even consider any non-branded dealers. Toyota, Lexus, or CarMax for dealers. Or private party. If it's some other lot down Autorow it's likely a shined up piece of garbage. Reputable dealers don't keep junk on their lot and don't auction off solid trades because good vehicles are hard to find and it's expensive to deal with problems. M&M gets the rejects other dealers took a pass on.
