2011 LX 570 clacking/clicking sound from engine (2 Viewers)

New to me, just drove it 800 miles home with no issues but there is a clicking type sound coming from the right front of the engine. You don’t hear it in the truck unless the window is down and at a stand still.

The phone is making it much louder but here is a video of the sound and while revving

Was semi cold start here, but the sound was noticed while engine was warm.
