ok first problem
gas pedal from silverado does not fit offset to the right way to far
so my solution is
use whole pedal from 2005 colorado truck and swap the sensor from silverado pedal
and now i can make bracket any way i want it will fit perfect

That shifter relocation bracket must be a new addition to their adapter kit. Mine didn't come with one.

also i will be using toyota radiator with volvo xc90 multi speed fan i believe it is better using one good multi speed fan vs dual
fan setup volvo fan is 20 " across

So how much horsepower is that fan supposed to cool in its original factory setup? I don't know much about volvos.

it is in, still working on engine mounts engine sits in perfect location there is no need to pound any metal on toyota a/c fits perfect i made the toyota temperature sensor to fit directly in la head without adapters

the transfer case shifter bracket must be modified
and my solution for power steering hose i did not like the idea of using bunch different adapters so i cut gm metal line bent it way i wanted and cut toyota hose off so i can use EATON 06U 756 FLARELESS fitting and short hose ,works perfect

Did you eliminate the DOD and put normal lifters in???
