Same wiring on your 2000 and the 2006 replacements right?
I could be wrong, but those look just like the ones I got on ebay. The leds are nice and bright and since the reverse housing is clear and not "frosted" like stock, it makes the stock reverse bulbs appear brighter. They are made by Eagle Eyes and seem to be very good quality. Time will tell I guess. I can take some night shots if anyone's interested... And yes they are plug and play.

Hmmm. Maybe he got the 03-05 outers and the 06-07 inners? I was looking at post #17.
Yota2188 the ones on your rig are not the same... the top band is red all the way across on the 2006 OEM.
From the parts digram on the 2006 LC it looks like the housing carry the LED's and the turn signal, marker and reverse lights are standard bulbs.

the one on ebay are aftermarket(yota has them). I put those on my dads hundy and just tinted the top part red to make it look oem
it is an improvement in looks and is brighter compared to stock
The lights I have, came from toyota, were in a toyota box. They are factory but they are not the same outers as in the silver one pictured. Until this discussion I never realized, I did not have the right outers. I took toyota at there word that these were the right lights and never thought twice about it.
Tim are your outers LED for the brake lights?
I didn't mean to insinuate that the lights you got weren't stock, I just had never seen that setup before and was going to suggest going back to the dealer to have them give you the correct 06-07 outers.
I wasn't saying mine were the same as OEM 06-07's. I was talking about how mine resembled TL's outers as he had shown in post 17. But upon further inspection, his actually look like OEM 03-05's.
And mine utilize the stock wiring and the standard marker, turn signal, and reverse standard bulbs.

You got rid of two brake lights by upgrading only the center to LED
Mine have led brake lights on the outers as well. The pics don't pick it up for some reason...that's if you were talking about mine.
hi guys just bought a 2001 land curiser and the passenger side rear tail light broke.. was wondering if anybody have one seating around want to get rid of?? please let me know asap im from Canada Toronto...
Did I read that right? The link says 429$ each side! OMG they look great but that's a lot of money.
The OEM has a different cable harness for the LED ones (2006-07) - at least for the outers, I don't have the inners, so I don't know about them - It will be possible to make it work if you are good at electronics, otherwise see if you can buy the small cable harness. Further, get pfran's cree LED for the reverse light.

The context of my question / comment was about the inboard light, which doesnt use the extra harness.
