2006+ tail lights - Will they fit my 2001 LC?

Do the inboard 06-07 oem lights illuminate LED? The outboard lights require a harness.. What about the inboard? I noticed an 06-07 Land Cruiser on the road today and noticed just the two outboard LEDs illuminate when braking. I know my 04 inners and outlets illuminate when braking as well as
