I'm posting this here first before I put it on the open market. I've gained so much value out of this forum over the years and would rather this go to an enthusiast that's been on the hunt.
The basics... 3rd owner, California vehicle (no rust), 2006 LX470 with 103,332mi as of 12/18/21. I bought this five years ago with the intention of building a family off road rig, but it never happened. I baselined the vehicle in 2016 at 70k miles. Timing belt and water pump replaced in 2018 at 83k. Bora 1" spacers and Tundra wheels with 285 Coopers at around 80k. Lot's of life left. I've been running Mobile one synthetic on 8k intervals and the last oil analysis said it could be extended past that and shows no abnormal metals/wear indicators. The AHC was flushed a few years ago and the AHC functions as it should and all the pressures are in spec on Techstream. Yellow Box speedo correction and I forget who makes it, but it has a bluetooth streaming device mounted in the glovebox. The seats are in excellent condition and the carpet I would rate a 7/10 save for the rear area, where a prior owner spilled some bleach and it has some spots. I always planned on replacing it, but I bought weather tech mats and it bothered me enough to replace it. Paint is in mostly great shape, except for one chip on the front right fender, the rear bumper got hit by someone in a parking lot a few years back and it flexed the plastic and cracked the paint. The clear coat on the lower door plastic is flaking on the upper edge. Everything should show in the pictures. Happy to answer any questions, FaceTime, whatever makes you happy.
