I have a potential opportunity for buying a dealer maintained high mileage (~200K). What do I need to look for in this high mileage car? I do all the maintenance work on my both Mercedes Benz (1999 S320 and 1995 E320), and I have access to lift at my friends place. Will I be able to get another ~100k out of this rig?

Car does need Radio and driver side reverse tilt does not work. I may also need tires, soon.

Also, what would be the fair price?

From everything I have read the trucks are solid for hundreds of thousands of miles so long as they are cared for.

A lot of people say check for rush and make sure the timing belt and water pump have been replaced. There are a number of tire threads in this section as well.
As for price, I would say more information is needed and those who have better experience will give a better idea.

Check the heater hose t's in the back of the motor and power steering rack too
