I have a 2000 Land Cruiser 100 Series and it’s been having some electrical problems and after consulting with multiple mechanics and Toyota experts, it’s been determined that it is 100% the ECM. I was posting to ask if Flagship One Inc is a trustworthy site to order from. Some review websites have absolutely horrible reviews and some have great. Just asking for opinions on them before I go spend almost 500 on a knew one and that company isn’t good to buy from.

I think I’d try to find one from a wrecked vehicle or someone parting out their rig.

A used unit will require a virgin immobilizer file. There are a few threads regarding the procedure.
Buying one from a supplier will allow for a "plug-n-play" install. Of course, you'll still have to follow the key coding procedure once the new emc is installed.

A new unit from the dealer network is reasonable and a safe option.

You can open up the ECU and inspect for leaky capacitors. Most of the time the culprit is a leaky capacitor and you can simply solder a new cap. Ivan in Pine Hallow Auto Diagnostic and Ahmad in Care care nut on youtube shows how to do it. Even a guy owning a Hiace with EFI diesel showed how to replaced a leaky capacitor in his ECU.
