Hi all,
I’ve just finished installing a set of adjustable upper control arms (UCAs) into the front of the 200.
If you've lifted your 200, then you're probably aware that it's very difficult to get correct wheel alignment afterwards due to a lack of camber adjustment range on the lower arms. If the front tyres on your 200 are wearing on the outside edges and a wheel alignment didn't fix the problem, then chances are you need to replace the factory UCAs to allow for the suspension lift.
The SuperPro UCAs I've fitted are suitable for both standard and lifted suspension systems, and provide adjustable camber and caster settings. The 200 runs less than typical caster (only 2º, while most vehicles run 3-5º). Increasing caster can provide improved stability at high speed and increased tyre lean when cornering, which further helps outer tyre wear on the 200.
The adjustable UCAs cost just under $1,000 and can be fitted yourself in a few hours, after which you'll need to get a wheel alignment. The installation went well with no major issues to report. Here’s the link to the article and video:

Overlander Magazine
If any of you buy Overlander magazine, you may have noticed that Project 200 is now covered in a monthly column. Good to see a major magazine starting to show some interest in the 200-series, instead of endless articles about GU Patrols and 80/100-series 'Cruisers!
Next Update
The next 'update' will actually be a report from my recent 8,000km trip to central Australia, where I'll go through how all the accessories and modifications performed. It should be out in about a month.
