When will they ship?

I'll let David answer the specifics on delivery time. I believe the covers are in production and a supplier is laser cutting the brackets. It should be very soon, weeks not months.

Rob is correct. I'm waiting to get a total of actual buyers. I'd like to do one run of these. So far we have about 25 people that have paid. I'm not keeping track of mud handles, so it's kinda on you guys to get your orders in.

Either way, I said I'd run the buy through the first week of March, so that's the latest the discount will be available. I will most likely be making the covers within that first week, and they should ship shortly thereafter. I'm picking up a large load of laser cut parts tomorrow, and the brackets should be in there as well. Then they need to be bent and nutserts installed.

I ordered mine too. Please keep all of us updated with specifics on shipping times. That is a fair request considering the extensive promotion of the product on this site together with the deadlines listed in order to get pricing. It is a lot to ask without knowing when something will show up.

I think Trekboxx is keeping everyone well informed... Dude spent over $3k in materials and tools before any of us ordered a thing so not sure which way is a lot to ask. At any rate be patient it's all coming together.

I understand that. No one forced anyone to make anything. There have been over $3k in orders at this point as well. My post was directed at Trexboxx, and I was not being impatient, but asked to keep us updated (there was just this post "it is likely to be weeks not months"). Just asking for an update when we know to be looking for them.

Yes, it will definitely be in March! I'm hoping to run them next week if I can. I need the shop clean and dust free so nothing else can be going on at the same time. Dust and hot plastic don't mix. I'm trying to block off enough time between drawer system builds to run them all at once. I'll keep you updated the best I can.

So, I got busy and forgot to close down the group buy. So.... it’s officially ending. All of the covers are cut and it’s been slow but steady progress scraping and polishing the edges. I may have some time to work on them this weekend, but then not again until Wednesday. I have some drawer system deadlines in the meantime.

My 200 doesn’t arrive until next week, so this will be perfect timing for me. I can then work on trying to find a matching leather swatch for the Terra interior.

The more photos of the screens I see, the more of an eyesore they become.
