I have the powder coat and I keep the car in garage, moreover my yearly mileage is about 8kkm-9kkm (5k miles) on this car.. I will post a few pics today/tomorrow. Also I will post a video or a gif showing the "flexibility" of the bumper :)

Though the bumper has a great look indeed.
Please don't forget to post the photos and video if you're able. I'm ready to purchase this system and need to understand what I may end up dealing with and if its worth it or not.
Thank you

Have you looked at the Proline 4x4 bumper? It looks just as good, and the CS seems pretty good too (so far).

I have and the Proline looks great - thanks.
For a few more $$ I'm drawn to the fit and finish of the VPR. I'd like to see Tronzistor's photos and share them with VPR so I can listen to what they have to say about fitment.

Viper bumpers are ****. Mine one got rusted in a 4-6 months.. They are pretty soft (as for TLC200) each hump will lead the bumper to strike a fender.

We are sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with our products, we have a 1 year warranty on the powder-coating and we treat each case on a one by one basis, we understand sometimes unexpected things happen and we wish to resolve any issue our customers might have. I am sending you a PM in hopes that we can take care of these issues. As for the bumper hitting your fenders, this should not happen unless the bumper was installed flush with the fenders, some of our customers like the flush look, but the bumper was designed to sit 1/2" below the fenders so that during off-road they do not hit the body of the Cruiser.

that's the answer I was looing for....thank you

So I take it from the pic below the bar mounts directly to this bracket which is mounted in turn directly to the frame?. No crush cans involved?

Tell me more about your tire/wheel/lift combo if you dont mind. Those tires look pretty fat. Any rubbing?

The bumper is VPR4x4. Awesome look but a couple of solvable problems.
The lift is 2" OME Nitrocharger +100kg front, +100kg rear. There were small rubbing on a mud flaps on a full turn with articulation. The rubbing problem was solved by cuttin an internal half of mud flaps. No more rubbing ATM.
Tires on the forest photos are Cooper Zeon LTZ 305/55 R20 the rims are R20xJ9 ET40

Zeon were a nice All Terrain tires.. But at this moment I did switch to Mickey Thompson Baja Claw 305/65 R17 they are ultimate deep in the mud/sand and nice on road.

Thanks for the explanation. Nice looking rig!

I see them now. Thank you
And I see the rust...not so good.
Your rig is very tough looking - great job putting her together.

My guess, based on the pictures, is that the bumper was not properly prepped before paint. Is does not appear to be caused by the user.

Sucks about the rust. I'd get that thing rhino lined (Kevlar coated). I plan to coat my whole rig as soon as I can find a substantial hailstorm to park in (live in Texas, it'll happen sooner or later). The coating shouldn't look any worse than factory red!
