because Chimyz had to come over and put pictures of his 200 in our 100 picture thread, I only felt it was right to return the favor. Marc, this is how your wheels would look with 35s :flipoff2:

Nice...very nice.
I just may be getting something real soon that is a bit bigger.

Let me know how the Toyos are in the snow.

A number of you have seen the work Christo and his team have done on my 200 for trips to Alaska, Canada and Baja. A few more pics of it can be found amongst my Baja photos here:

Baja 2009 - a set on Flickr

if all goes as planned (given that I often change plans, who knows!), the next major trip will be to Africa where I seem to be spending more time these days. We were going to Libya with it in January but couldn't get visas for US passport holders in time... currently, I'm hoping to ship to South Africa in March/April and see where we go from there.

Steve

P.S I got turned around by US Agriculture at the Nogales border for having too much mud underneath... next time I go to Mexico I will make sure I wash it before I return. Driving around Nogales at night, not knowing where I am going, looking for someone to help clean off the mud is not something I recommend!

Awesome album. I am very envious. Thank you for sharing.

Nice looking 200. Is that their name, country and blood type on the fender??

Dodging storms and widespread flooding in Central Queensland, Australia today. The bridge in the photo was underwater this morning. About 20km up the road from here I was turned around with part of the road washed away, and had to come back through where I'd already been - just in time to watch a storm break out on the property I'd just left. 15-20min longer and I'd be stuck there for who knows how long....

Did they start over with a new LX, or did they redo that^^ one?

Look at the front fender. On the one we ve all seen before it is cut. And on the new one it has a stock form.

Hey guys.. same Lexus but overhauled after the Baja 1000. I put about 20k in new parts into it for the 2010 season. new axles, diffs, steering rack, hubs, knuckles...pretty much the entire underbody is new. Felt really nice and tight for our race a few weeks back that we won at San Felipe. Hopefully we can continue winning the stock full class in SCORE. Do you guys like the new graphics?
