Here's a few pics of my LX570 I blacked out. I no longer have this truck but found these and wanted to share. Kinda miss it.

That truck was a long story. It was a 2009, which I picked up in 2012. I bought the 2013 LX taillights and 2013 rims and installed them. I also bought black LC 200 door handles and window trim to replace the LX chrome. By late 2014, the truck was pretty much worked in terms of paint. Was all scratched up and faded, etc. So I had the whole truck painted, and had the rims, grill, and emblems painted as well along with roof rack. It came out great. It wasn't very expensive.

While waiting for an oil change at my local Toyota (Why do it myself when it's only $41 out the door!.), I was admiring 2 things:

One was the brand new 200 they had in their showroom...
The other was what they had nearby...

Old or new...these things are beautiful!

Plug and play. Left a slight gap at the bottom but nothing bad. A great and cheap upgrade.

Thanks man. I've had my fair share of blacked out trucks, trucks with big AT tires, etc and this time was going for a look that is "stock" but unique and has some style. I assume I'm the only LC running those wheels in the US. A lot of time was spent searching before deciding on those.

Plus I have my FJ 40 which has big BFG A/T tires on it.

These grills come in Piano Black...so I painted it FLAT...
(Posted my Flat Black painted grill to "What have you done this week"...but thought it might be worth posting here too. Thanks for input from those who saw my earlier question!)

Got it mounted with just zip-ties so I might play around with the Black TEQ logo I also have on back. By cutting off the rear screw-mounts on the emblem (I've heard people had trouble with screws coming loose) and just using zips, I also avoided having to Dremel the grill. So I can change at any time if I wanna try confusing people wth the TEQ badge.
