Just me and the **Border Patrol** on the mountain today...

Can you see him?

You'll have to look carefully...

Actually he's not in there at the moment, but you can see his blind set up in the middle of the shot up there...

Anyway...
This was out a rough dirt road, with portions only passable with 4WD...high atop a range that looms right over & looking down toward the border. You can actually see the border fence in the far right of the photo above. Panoramic views are spectacular from this area, and I never really knew it existed right in my neck of the woods until today. :)

Here's another...

Don't know why, but I love tire shots...

Week one of ownership, very refined truck. Coming from a 1997 LX450. Told the wife that I will defiantly drive it until I retire.

Is 2011 the last year of the pure white? I found it impossible to fine a plain white newer one that the 2011 that I bought.

Complete wash, wax, and interior detail today. It shouldn't rain again in Texas until September! Next week off to the beach to fill with sand and road trip grime.

Wish I lived in TX
No Income Tax
so much driveway and garage space
so much land...

SIGH. Jealous.

They accept new residents... ;)

That's some clean leather ya got.

Why thank you sir. Perhaps I'll share my newfound leather cleaning regiment as I'm very pleased with the results. I used a solution of 5-1 water+Castrol Super Clean degreaser for the first time based on a recommendation from a long time pro detailer. Rubbed it on with a microfiber covered sponge and wiped off with clean water. Finished with a liberal application of Lexol conditioner..... I was hesitant to use such an aggressive cleaner but I tested on a section of one of the rear seats first. Since the leather is actually sealed, I figured I would give it a shot.

On the way to work this morning... Saw a Cruiser version I've NEVER seen in person before...
