Welcome! Nice looking Prado there. I would start by reading up on some of the LJ78 builds on here to get the engine mechanically sound, especially this one: Ideas for improving the 2LTE - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/ideas-for-improving-the-2lte.680759/
Get the engine running cool and make sure the cooling system is in tip-top condition.

welcome! What mods have already been done to your truck? I'd recommend an EGR delete, boost gauge and pyro install, and to get on top of all mx for the 2LTE to keep it running well! This forum is an amazing resource, you're in the right place!
