Hello everybody!
I have installed a 1hz engine on a Fj45 Landcruiser.
From the beginning, I have problems with its power steering.
It works as well as a 2020 model until it gets warm. After about 15-30 minutes, it is very difficult to wheel it.
Does it need any cooling system such a radiotor or something?

If the power steering lines are blazing hot to the touch, then yes. Can you hold a finger on the lines for more than 1 second when the steering goes weak?

Well, you could fab a cooling line similar to Toyota - using a 4 foot section of brake line (or any mild steel line) and attach that in the return circuit of your power steering lines. You can bend this into a shape that fits inside a wheelwell or behind a headlight (or whereever).

You could also get a small, dedicated power steering or transmission cooler and mount that in a place where it won't get damaged. From your description, this is a heat problem. Be sure to change your PS fluid, now that you have gotten it very hot.
