This morning I stopped in at the body shop and showed them what I had done on my bumper. I asked them if they thought they could make it a lot better and they said probably a little but they would have to repaint a large area.. I opted to work with it a little more myself and call it good.
The worst part is the line behind the license plate where I had masking tape... (under the "S" in "State"...) No real good way to blend it in. Also the area where the mag drill was "mounted" is still pitted slightly but this is as good as its gonna get.

I think you worked a small miracle with that touch-up. Nobody will notice it.

Memorial Day weekend, 2021...
Installed OME 863s (to regain some lost lift), Airlift 60808 bags, and Airlift WirelessONE compressor.

Springs/bags are pretty simple... One side at a time, remove wheel, remove lower shock bolt, disconnect sway bar, raise vehicle and let axle hang...

Next is enlarging the hole for the air line connection... In hindsight, I wish I would have moved the hole back towards the rear of the vehicle. Instead I simply enlarged the existing hole which is not in the center of the spring... (photo of this later)
I drilled the hole to 1-3/8", smoothed the edges with a file, and hit it with some primer..

Next it's just a matter of installing the springs and bags and putting everything back together... Then repeat on the other side.

The wireless compressor install is a little more involving but not too bad... This system allows me to adjust the air pressure from inside the vehicle and also ensures that the pressure will not bleed off and fall below the minimum.

First thing is mount the unit... I had to do some drilling to get the placement I wanted.

Then I connected all the air lines...

You can see in the picture below where I mounted the Schrader valve... I guess this is just for backup or emergency..(?) I didn't figure I would need to access it often.

The instructions say to install the intake filter in a dry area... I figured the best place would be under the tail light. Worked out great..

Next it was just running all the wiring.. I went ahead with the optional feature of tapping in to ignition voltage so the compressor adjusts automatically when the ignition is on.. For this reason, I decided it would be better to pull the power off the primary battery. Wiring was not complicated, just a little time-consuming..

In the picture below, you can see how the enlarged hole is not centered on the air bag connection... I think the only time this may be a potential problem is when the bag is deflated and the suspension droops a lot which may let the bag ride up and away from the lower perch... Then when the suspension comes back down there is a possibility that the nipple comes down against the edge of the hole... I guess we'll see if it becomes a problem..

Overall, I'm very happy with the result... A few of the main things I like.
1. Much better ride height
2. More side-to-side stability... I think this is because with the longer sway bar links the sway bar is actually under some tension now whereas before there wasn't enough lift to justify the longer links
3. I also like the fact that I can adjust on the fly.. (can't even hear the compressor while driving) and level up the truck as needed when loaded but still have a fairly comfortable ride for daily use.

The best part is that now I'm pretty well finished with the 100 to-do list for this season and almost ready to head west... Just a few little maintenance items and we'll be ready to roll..

These are for my teardrop trailer... The 100 will match but with a slightly larger tire (and a 5-lug pattern)

I think your rear driveshaft is installed backwards. The CV joint (double cardan) side should be at the transfer case and the single u-joint should be at the axle.

@locrwln1 ... I had it in that way but the DC rubs the exhaust so I turned it around like the OEM one was..

My new wheels and tires have been installed for 24 hours now and they are actually currently for sale. It didn't take me long to decide that they are just too small for my liking.

3 new ignition coils
Full service & pre-trip inspection... Getting ready for the big road trip

Camper will be ready to pick up June 23rd...

I think the 17s look great... When you say "too small" are you talking tread width or overall height or both?

+1 vote for OEM. They fit the 100 just perfectly. Better quality+aesthetics than aftermarket wheels… no need to change.

Agreed @MDK . I'm partial to the '17 Rock Warriors. They are an awesome OEM/TRD wheel and forged too... Just picked another set yesterday for our '07 LC.

Rolled them up alongside the LC...

These have done very well on my '05 LX...
