Parts going out next week.

Bunch of parts ordered from overseas, those were part of that. Low-low prices, long-long wait.

Okay, so. The reason I sent the actual hardware to ARP is because I couldn't find detailed Toyota spec sheets and, according to @OGBeno, no such sheets are or ever will be publicly available, even for bolts.

This is the latest from ARP. I don't suppose there's anything like what he's asking for out there...? Or anyone here capable of taking these measurements themselves?

Do you have a fastener calc sheet for this engine? We cannot do any better than guessing without a calc sheet. The bolt you supplied will confirm the thread size/pitch, rough estimate of length and the clamp load requirement but matching a stud will require more info. This would apply to the main studs as well. I attached a calc sheet for reference.

And can we get the ARP Opel and Supra set P/Ns here for this thread? And the main bolt set, if there is one that works on the 1FZ? TIA!

ARP Supra kit w/included washers ~0.5-1 CCW turns from bottom levelled out the stud & nut as in post #76. IIRC, rearmost pair at #6cyl needed 2 CCW to level. Disclaimer: On my 1FZ, PO mounted a used head presumed shaved/resurfaced a touch shorter, I dunno gasket thickness etc. Fortunately Supra kit ARP studs did not protrude excessively in my situation.

Under the cam gears the frontmost pair of block threads were indeed shallower, so those studs were gently bottomed full depth. Eyeballed ~2 threads above the nut, yet comforted the orig(?) boltheads a couple threads taller than the ARP nut compared. No grinding & rain coming convinced me ok to close it up.

Suppose anyone deliberating these front two could measure clearance under their gears.
