As in puller or holder? I have a chain wrench you can use if you want to.

Just the holder. Appreciate it, but the chain wrench can damage the pulley as it has a rubber layer in between (that's what @OTRAMM says) the inner and outer.

My home shop currently lacks the necessary tooling for the time being... someday, hopefully soon, that'll change.

But all you need is grinder, drill and measuring tape.
